This commercial buildout transformed an existing tenant space into a flagship indoor golf training facility while also serving as the corporate headquarters for Tee Box. The project focused on adapting and modernizing the existing structure to support the needs of a high-end simulator venue, office environment, and growing franchise operation.

The buildout features multiple TrackMan golf simulator bays, lounge areas, upgraded restrooms, a custom kitchenette, and a mezzanine level with private offices and meeting spaces for the corporate team. Existing elements of the building were thoughtfully incorporated into the new design while the space was reconfigured to improve functionality, flow, and overall customer experience.

Modern finishes, warm wood tones, elegant lighting, glass accents, and clean architectural details helped create a polished atmosphere that feels both professional and inviting. The finished facility successfully blends entertainment, hospitality, and office space into one cohesive environment that reflects the Tee Box brand and vision for future growth.
