Commercial Remodel in Ogden, UT
This project transformed a former public skate park and retail skate shop into a private recreational and learning center for Crossroads Academy. The space was reconfigured to include offices, classrooms, a media room, workshop areas, updated restrooms, and a welcoming lounge for students, staff, and visitors. Recreational amenities include a smaller skate park, pickleball court, rock climbing wall, and gym.
Updated finishes, new lighting, and fresh paint gave the building a cohesive new look, while a new HVAC system improved comfort throughout the facility year-round.
By repurposing and modernizing the existing building, Vantage Builders created a functional, inviting space that supports the academy’s daily activities and continued growth.
