Located in Uintah, Utah, this commercial renovation transformed the existing Tee Box facility into an elevated indoor golf experience, combining innovative design, improved functionality, and custom construction solutions. The remodel included upgraded golf simulator bays, new flooring throughout, and the strategic relocation of an existing bathroom to optimize the layout and create more functional hitting spaces.

A standout feature of the project is the mezzanine level, which features an additional golf simulator bay, a virtual putting green, and an exclusive VIP experience accessed by a striking gold staircase. To accommodate activity on the mezzanine without compromising the simulator bays below, a custom overhead pergola structure was constructed to support the projectors independently, minimizing vibration and maintaining a consistent playing experience.
