This full main level remodel in Farmington, Utah completely transformed the home into a brighter, more open, and highly functional living space. The project centered around opening up the floor plan by removing walls and creating a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

Throughout the main level, new Sheoga hickory hardwood flooring brought warmth and character to the home while tying the entire space together. The kitchen features custom hickory cabinetry, GE Café appliances, elegant gold fixtures, a full height quartz backsplash, and a custom live edge floating shelf that adds a unique natural element to the design.

Additional details including updated window trim, a custom hickory handrail, and carefully selected finishes helped elevate the entire home while maintaining a warm and timeless feel. The finished result is a clean and inviting space that blends craftsmanship, functionality, and high end design throughout every detail.
